Community Health Will Give Tdap Vaccination

On April 15, 2010, Community Health will be at NSK high school to offer a FREE Tdap vaccine. Tdap is a vaccine for Tetanus, Diptheria and Acellular Pertussis. Consent forms were given to all high school students grades 9-12 on Monday, March 8. The consent form must be filled out for EVERY student as to whether or not they will get the vaccine.
