Three Inducted in National Honor Society

Three new members from
Sentral High School were inducted into membership of the National
Honor Society in a tapping ceremony at the Sentral High School on
Thursday, April 10, 2008. New members tapped by current
members were Calee Underwood, Kelcey Olson, and Becky Lockwood.
The new members were met by their parents as they were tapped
during the traditional induction ceremonyl The induction
ceremony was given by the current members. A reception for
the members and their families followed the ceremony. Current
members of the Sentral National Honor Society Chapter include
Jackie Bierle, Dalton Boettcher, Caroline Brandenburg, Shawn
McGuire, Tess Rockey and Aaron Siefken. Members were selected for
meeting high standards of scholarship, service, leadership and
character. The National Honor Society ranks as on of the
oldest and most prestigious national organizations for high school
students. Chapters exist in three fourths of the nations high
schools
